  1. Just a quick video of last weekend's Flight Sim Show at Cosford: Great to meet up with the Crew! Best wishes - Dai.
  2. Thanks, Vince - I'd like to try the effects in FSX - did I miss the download details? Cheers - Dai.
  3. Terrific, Vince - the helicopter dust/spray effects are excellent. Thanks for sharing! Now for the stupid question: "Will the effects work in FSX?"!! Cheers - Dai.
  4. Classic PIREP, Kieran - absolute Classic! Loved the Buccaneer - great choice, and fitting the carrier in was just the ticket. Cheers - Dai.
  5. You're sure 'quick on the draw', partner! Cheers - Dai.
  6. Llanbedr'll never be the same! Thanks for the heads up, U.M. Cheers - Dai.
  7. Thanks for a very enjoyable flight, John - and a smashing aircraft, too! It's good to see the Old Girls getting an airing - wonder what you'll choose for Leg 29?!? Cheers - Dai.
  8. Hi Helisimpilot If the 5 screens work in Windows, are the 3 x 27" screens set up as a 'single' wide-angle view and the 2 x smaller screens independent of this - i.e. an extension of the Windows 'desktop' onto, say, a left and a right screen? If so, then FSX should allow you to 'undock' 2 New Views (1 for Instruments + 1 for Console) and 'drag' them individually left and right. I only have 1 extra screen like this and the undocking seems to be the trick. By the way, +1 on Brett's Welcome! And do let us see your set up - sounds great! Cheers - Dai.
  9. Excellent handling, Sir! Impressive. Cheers - Dai.
  10. Thanks, Chaps - all in a days work, eh? Cheers - Dai.
  11. Nice one, Loic - my favourite 'plane, too! Cheers - Dai.
  12. Thanks for exposing the darker side of flight simming, Brian - now I realise that the time spent learning the procedures must be most valuable. And the PIREP wasn't bad, either! Cheers - Dai.
  13. Excellent holiday plus excellent photo's - thanks for sharing. Good to have you back, too! Cheers - Dai,
  14. So we won't be hearing much from you for a few days, eh?!? Take care - Dai.
