Carenado Release Embraer EMB 500 Phenom 100 HD Series for FSX / P3D

Carenado have released their latest offering, the Embraer EMB 500 Phenom 100 HD Series for FSX / P3D.

 

This is the first jet aircraft model produced by Carenado.  Priced at US$39.95, it is currently available from the Carenado web site and will be released to Carenado resellers in the coming weeks.

 

Specific features include:

  • Carenado G1000 Prodigy glass cockpit system with:
    • original Phenom status screens,
    • weather radar embedded in the G1000,
    • multiple CAS messages, and
    • special input keyboard incorporated.
  • original Phenom systems;
  • multiple aural warnings sounds;
  • landing and taxi lights halo effect; and
  • full FSX and P3D v2.0 compatible.

Guess this one is going to be much sort after. The carenado server's down. Looking at the model though, she is gorgeous.

Looks great. :thum:  I'm still trying to figure out my FeelThere Phenom's glass cockpit systems. Whole 'nother ball game in flying for me. :huh:

Just remember Starboard on the right and Port in a Glass cockpit..  :D  :D

I'm a newbie to the FMC, not easy at all at first. I have been watching videos on it for the Q400 and plodding along, I'll get it after awhile, just takes time. It's actually a clever little system once you learn the input keys and what they do. The worst part is they are all not the same.

 

It's getting tougher to switch back and forth between these advanced systems planes. If I fly one for to long and try to go back to another I sit there like a dummy thinking, 'ok how does this one work again.' :D

This is one sexy looker. I may just be swayed by the glass cockpit.

I like the motorbike handles instead of the conventional yoke.

Mmmm! I'll have to think about this. :thum:
