We have tried to capture both the history and the natural beauty of the aerodrome and the surrounding area. Almost every single object seen at the real airport has been modelled and placed, allowing you to immerse yourself in a realistic flightim environment. The airport was created on Goodwood Estate which was the home to the Dukes of Richmond for over 300 years and was donated by Freddie March, the 9th Duke, to help in the Second World War effort and was used by the RAF. dodgy-alan 1,587 Posted December 23, 2012 Report Share Posted December 23, 2012 Hey thats great! you've even got the unusual table textures right on the veranda of the clubhouse(though the outside tables are now rectangular!), I spend hours down here as it's only a few miles from my home !(also does great food at cheap prices!) Have you got all the derilicts round the back of the service hangar, some of those haven't moved for years. One of the main hangars houses a lot of warbirds that are used by a specialist flying school. I see that it is for FSX and needs additional scenery, will there be an FS9 version that works with the default scenery? This is one add-on I'd love to use but cannot at the moment. The default scenery puts dirty great buildings all round the airport when in fact it's in open country with just a few houses nearby and of course the massive Rolls Royce Car factory just down the road, yet that is so well designed it's hard to see it from the surrounding roads.
