You're lucky that I coded all of the avionics to work fully as that certainly wasn't the case in the real aircraft that our product is based on Years of abuse by student pilots certainly takes its toll on an aircraft, and we have a couple more GA aircraft in-development which will feature similar levels of wear.

Not everyone. We have our Huntingdon office until at least the end of October and our London office until late next year. The plan was always to get rid of the Huntingdon office, no point paying for a massive warehouse when 95% of sales are now downloads! A big chunk of Just Flight always worked from home but its a first for me. Its been a good change so far

I spent a considerable amount of time writing the manual to make it as simple as possible for our large F-Lite customer base (its not the simplest of aircraft to operate), and this is the first time that I've seen feedback suggesting that it was difficult to understand. Could you explain what you found difficult?

Removing any obvious bias that I may have, I personally love using photographic scenery in FSX and really dislike going back to the default even though it contains more 3D objects/Auto-gen. The view out of the window above about 2000ft in FSX with photographic scenery exactly matches that I see when flying in real life and that really adds to the immersion - but I do find it to be only really effective when flying aircraft below 150 knots.

What sort of altitude are you flying at? Over about 2000ft photographic scenery should look three-dimensional, despite it being 2D (due to shadows on the images etc). Unfortunately you will notice the flatness when you descend below that height, but using EarthSim products or UK VFR add-on downloads (http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?178954-FSX-Scenery-UK-VFR-Add-ons-Libraries) will bring it to life a bit.

The version will now be in the product again, as its been completely re-built with the correct door configuration

Hi Brett, Although I went into a fair amount of detail when I wrote the tutorial, the beauty of it being F-Lite is that there is nothing to stop you loading the aircraft and taking off without going through any of those steps. Unlike more complex add-ons, the aircraft will fly without any problems even with various systems not configured for flight. Thanks Martyn

I wish the 152s that I fly had such a nice avionics fit! A working transponder would be a good start

My flying instructor decided to take me up to Fenland during the navigation stage of my PPL training for a bit of a challenge. The airfield is very hard to spot from the air if you are unfamiliar with it. There are very few obvious features in the area north of P'boro! If you locate it on Google Maps and zoom out a bit, it quickly gets lost amongst the surrounding fields.
