Thanks. I was able to download AFCAD and insert the ILS so the glide slope works. Is there a way to add it to ATC so I can request the ILS from ATC when on and Instrument Flight Plan?

Madison County Executive Airport (KMDQ) has added an ILS approach for Runway 18 in the last couple of years. I would like to practice this approach in Flight Sim 2004 but the approach is not the Flight Sim 2004. IS there a soultion to add this? How would I go about doing that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
