A great selection of shots, loving the close ups. Whats the deal with the flaps on this bird, i can only ever seem to get them full or stowed. I also took some shots of this A/C some time ago and found an amazing texture for her, i think it was from Simviation but im not sure. Heres a pic from the archive taken way back when i first started to to post shots. I think its well worth finding. steve

Hey chaps, Simply 747,s in and around Boston Logan International. I tried some experimentation with the edits to see how they turned out. As always your opinions are welcome good and bad. Departing For CDG France. The one shot i dislike myself. Just does not feel right.. Reversers kicking up a little snow powder. Focus Air Cargo keeps FedEx Company. Not sure of the plane, is it an Airbus 330? KLM getting ready to depart for Schiphol AMS. Landing on 33L with a British Airways 747 landing 33L.......DOH!!! what am i doing on the new 32??? There goes my pilots license. Same A

Bored ? No auto throttle so constantly checking speed. Constantly buffeted about in bad turbulance. Adjusting course and altitude by hand to fly low enough to see all whats going by. Ran low on fuel and had to detour. Keeping an eye on the weather so as not to fly into hills. Enjoying the panarama. To be honest, i enjoyed the flight very much and made a nice change from a pre-programed flight, press "GO" scenario. Oh i forgot constantly floating outside the A/C to take shots :mrhappy: steve

After an amazing flight by Dgor, the batton finds itself in Rio De Janeiro and in my hands again. I had thought about traveling in a 737 but now would be bad form after the previous flight. So then maybe a Learjet and do it fast as my FS9 scenery of the area is a little pap shall we say but if i rush it what was the point in doing it. This was a flight of some 1800km+ down the coast of both Brazil and Uruguay. Then it came to me, FSX is sat on my hard drive doing nothing......The Goose it is ! So that decided enjoy the flight. Hey guys. Had some spare time this morning so decided on a medium range flight while i waited for DGOR to get his post up. The flight was to be a Martinair 767-300 flying from Schiphol to Nice. As Martinair do not fly this route i decided i liked the plane and the USA was a bit far for a morning jaunt so a dutch Football team needed a flight and the 767 was avaliable [:mrhappy:] The flight.... Luggage going on at Gate E20. The rather large air bridges can service 747's so reaching my doors is a snip. Almost ready to go as i recieve flight clearance to Nice. Always seems to be plenty

Very nice set of shots. A little more AA would make them even better but depends on your FPS. Is this the level D aircraft ? steve

Hey chaps. Having only just picked up PC Pilot and finding a couple of nice freeware sceneries quite close to each other i felt a little GA flight would be needed. The choice of aircraft would be simple, i just love this Beechcraft King Air 300 by Allied Flightsim Group.(freeware) A stunning exterior, lovely VC and cabin and flys like a dream. Its only ommision is a decent 2D but i believe one has just been made for it and posted on Avsim. The flight would take us from KPLN Pellston USA to CYAM Sault ste. Marie Canada. Only a short flight but an enjoyable one. Ok heres some shots.... Sat

512mb 7900GTX does almost as well as a 8800GTS but for only £100. 9 series is due november which will probably mean yet another price drop. As said above though, don't expect too much if you don't upgrade the processor. Core 2 duo seem to out perform most equivilent AMD boards of similar price. read lots of reviews :mrhappy: steve

Sad news indeed. Seems to be a bad year for airshow crashes and accidents. Always hard for those who are left behind. steve

Yahoo had this info posted. "An aircraft has crashed at Shoreham Airshow, Sussex Police have said. (Advertisement) No members of the public are believed to be injured. The accident happened at 3.23pm on the first day of the annual three-day show in West Sussex. East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said it had sent a fire engine from Hove to Shoreham to assist. A spokesman said he believed the crashed plane had been taking part in the Battle of Britain aerial display. A West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman was unable to say if anyone had been injured or killed in the incident. A

Fantastic shots. Ive been waiting for this one having already got Mega Airport Vienna and Frankfurt. Although by different companies i reckon Aerosoft will have been guiding them to keep FPS sweet. steve

Hey chaps.. Seeing POSKY had released a new model it only seemed right i fly it. The ERJ-145 is mighty fine and is soon to have a very good VC also but as far as im aware not avaliable yet. Time is an issue for me right now so it was to be a short hop between EDDF Frankfurt/Main and EHAM Amsterdam Schiphol. On to the Flight.... Crew aboard doing preflight over at gate V102, almost on the autobahn. This terminal area is used mainly by commuter aircraft. People aboard about to make a move. Ooohh lots of clever people. Me, Scaffolder for 13 years. Qualifications needed.....none. Scariest moment, 100' high on the east coast doing pipe extraction for British Gas. Gale force winds, rain and scaffold covered in hydraulics. Sudden gust pushed me 5' across the scaffold with my feet sliding to within 6" of the edge with no handrails. Adreneline rush, makes you feel alive!! I love to be outside in the wind, high up!! steve

Hey guys. A few shots of an Emirates 772 Departing Frankfurt for Dubai. Here she as at the gate. Two airbridges are docked as passengers board. The taxi to 7L took quite some time with some 8 ac in front of me as well as landings. Rotate... ..and tucking away the gear as we say goodbye to EDDF. Comments good or bad welcome as always. steve
