NOTAM NOTAM - Flight Leg 1, Waypoint 12 & 14

Due to the relative location of Waypoints 12 and 14 to the SUM VOR and DY NDB, the bearings are the same for the two separate waypoints. The following supplementary nav info is provided to assist in the flight planning and plotting of the waypoints: Waypoint 12 - 24.5 nm from SUM VOR; and Waypoint 14 - 21.9 nm from SUM VOR. -
Due to the relative location of Waypoint 6 to the WIK VOR and KW NDB, the bearings produce a very fine margin of error. The following supplementary nav info is provided to assist in the flight planning and plotting of Waypoint 6: 156 deg bearing to KD NDB (301.5 Khz)

Hello all interested pilots After Dai brought section 4 to a close with his flight into Port Moresby it's now time to continue on our challenge with Section 5. The section is divided into a total of 13 legs taking us across South East Asia, over the Indian Ocean and on to the Zanzibar archipelago off the eastern coast of Tanzania. On average the legs are roughly 620 nm if flying direct between the airports, with the shortest leg measuring just under 270 nm and the longest just over 1,200 nm. I've just heard from Lee Mills, the general manager of Weston's Helicopter Museum, that they are planning the 5th Weston Flight Sim Show for Sat/Sun 17/18 May 2014: I confirmed that some of the mob from Mutley's would be turning up - again. Funnily enough, he seemed quite pleased! Now, I'm not too sure whether the format of the Weston show will be the same as previous years and there may be some changes to the contributing devs and sim groups. Greeting all member. With John Guest bringing Section 3 to a close a few days ago with his flight in to Kaitaia it's now time to announce section 4 of the fifth ATWC, and it's a long one.
