  1. This is interesting: http://www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2010/10/harry-houdini-piloted-the-first-airplane-that-flew-over-australia/
  2. Andrew - were you at Bondi Beach for this photo? Here's the original story: http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2014/nov/13/g20-australians-bury-heads-in-sand-to-mock-government-climate-stance Enjoy the up-coming Summer, Mate! Cheers - Dai.
  3. As we're getting down to the short strokes here in Australia - Passages is being loaded on a ship as deck cargo around the middle of April for the return trip to Canada - I thought it time to make a couple of recommendations to any and all interested parties in this part of the world. I have had exemplary service from Dean Bielankowski, of PC Aviator Australia while I've been in the county as well as Fermin Fernandez at FSWidgets.com. Both of these suppliers go out of their way to be helpful and informative as well as supplying some really great products. That's my $0.02 Thanks Dea
  4. I realise that the ATWC IV is on, but for those of you who didn't get a successful bid, I offer an alternative: My wife and I are about to (Wednesday in Australia) take off from the Gulf Coast Airport - Coolangata and fly up to Singapore to start a bit of a tour through Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and Malaysia. We're abandoning "Passages", our floating home in favour of the Great Silver Bird for three months while the winter cyclone season has its way with Australia. I'm hoping that Internet access is going to be good enough that; I'll be able to supply RW photos of these destinations
