Hi there.

 

I unfortunatly ran into this nasty baby released from MS Update, and it cripled my system TOTALLY...!!!

 

Im on Win 7 64bit, and i really urge you to get rid of this ASAP!!!

Thanks Viking, MS has now withdrawn the update from the servers at this time whilst they investigate the issue.

On manual update too, my system always seems to have problems after updating so pleased to dodge this one.

After the last m.s. cockup I have all my p.c's on never download or look for updates, they are working fine now there is no guarantee with any kind of m.s. download that the same could be said tomorrow.

Hopefully this will hit m.s. where it hurts , in their wallet !

Manual install is IMO, always the best route to go.

Ps. Had to laugh on MS site a part lower down gives you the option to "Tell us what we can do to improve this" my answer would be download it onto your own bloody PC first!
