MegaSceneryEarth 2.0 - Minnesota Complete State Now Available

Recommended Posts

For the first time ever, fly the entire expanse of the "Land Of 10,000 Lakes" in photoreal detail for the most realistic Minnesota VFR flying experience with Microsoft Flight Simulator X

That's right, now fly all the entire state of Minnesota, all 87,000 square miles of it, in photoreal detail created from 50 cm aerial photography throughout, with our latest release in the MegaSceneryEarth 2.0 series.

Minnesota is the largest state in the midwest and features the modern thriving twin city metropolis of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Minnesota's claim to fame is its number of lakes - but the actual count even exceeds the number in its nickname - there's actually 11,842 of them! .... and you get to see, pretty much, every one of them from your cockpit.

Featuring 488 airports in FSX for you to use as departure and destination points there's a LOT of flying to be done as you make your way around Minnesota "true VFR" (or IFR too if you like). This title comes with PDF versions of all the charts you need, 4 VFR sectionals, 4 IFR enroute, plus 495 pages of Instrument Approach Charts for every approach in the the state.

MegaSceneryEarth 2.0 Minnesota is available right now for instant download. (You can order DVDs too if you like - 11 DVDs). Please note that it is a massive download at over 44 Gb but priced at greater value per square miles than all other titles at only $39.95.

Photoreal really suits mountainous terrain, but even in the flat states of the Mid-West, there is such variety that the need for mountains almost becomes eliminated. In saying that however, it is hard to keep me away from flying in MSE states like Vermont or New Hampshire and North Carolina etc. Although Florida is a great example of a flat state where MSE transforms it into a very interesting flight experience!
