ddavid 149
I guess most of us know how to prepare a flight plan using the FSX tool or Plan-G, however, I wondered if a tutorial might help, particularly for those who'd like to join in with rallies like MEBAR but lack the confidence - and experience, maybe - to translate a rally flight briefing into a flyable flight plan. Anyway, here's my attempt at introducing Plan-G for rally flight briefing: Please let me have your feedback! Cheers - Dai.

mutley 4,426
Great video Dai, hopefully more people will use it now they can see how easy it is! Cheers.
bilirubin 50
Thanks Dai, I am just in the process of getting to grips with both Plan G and flight planning in general so that was a great video to kick off with. Mike
brett 2,211
I did watch it Dai and it looked spot on, I only wish I could hear the sound on Vimeo videos so I would be able to add anything if missed.(not that there would be ) Hopefully you will be able to make another one that explains finding intersects between radials of VOR's and NDB's which are also often included in the rally's. I am sure folks would find that very helpful and appreciate the fact that PlanG makes that so easy to do.
