Frankfurt - Gatwick (Summer Weather)

Here are a few shots of my flight today from Frankfurt to Gatwick in typical summer weather. The aircraft was a British Airways 737. This flight in real life would be an Airbus A319/320 to Heathrow, so this is only fictional! :wink: Hope you enjoy them:

1. Taxiing to Runway 07L in the thick snow!

2. Rotating.

3. Climbing out. Bit clearer up here with the airport just visible.

4. Cleared to 16,000.

5. Over the English coast, descending towards Runway 26L at Gatwick.

6. Eugh, guess what? Pooring with rain :yes: Final adjustments

7. Spoilers up. The reversers struggling to stop the aircraft on the slippy tarmac.

8. Parked up next to an A319.

You have well and truly got this cracked. The first 3 I could be convinced were real

The high view back to Frankfurt is excellent as are the approach and landing into Gatwick. Maybe more spay on the reverse thrust?

Fairly typical summer weather at LGW, so accurately depicted :yes:

A great set of shots there bud especially liked number 2. One thing to watch is you lost the top of your aircraft in a couple of shots.

And thanks for the advice, Steve, that is definately something I need to watch out for. I think number 6 was too bright for its own good!
