I appreciated your Dissapointment, because my specific "dissapointment" as well as comments like yours read here and elsewhere regarding bugs, has kept me from buying several interesting products of their's...shame too, because they make beautiful stuff. My main dissapointment with this company, not their products, via a tongue in cheek movie reference type comment: "You keep using the word 'Soon', but I'm not sure you know what it means". -Dove out dudes.
