You would probably want either REX Weather Architect - http://www.pcaviator.com.au/store/product.php?productid=20516 or Active Sky NEXT - http://www.pcaviator.com.au/store/product.php?productid=20000&cat=0&page=1 as your weather generating platform. Both work alongside the REX textures. The upgrade for textures from REX + OD would be REX 4 Texture Direct - http://www.pcaviator.com.au/store/product.php?productid=20019 if you already have the REX Soft Clouds add-on.
