FSX won't launch.

I have just got the game and finished installing it. basically I start up fsx in steam and the start up window appears with the fsx graphic and then after a few seconds it crashes. I don't know why and it isnt providing a log file

Hi Nick, welcome to the forum.

 

Personally, I dont run FSX any more but it looks as though your problem has been experienced by many users.
