I am not sure about the licensing of this product.  I previously downloaded this, but I think that it may have got corrupted.  I deleted it, and have downloaded it again from the site, but now I keep getting error messages.  Do I have to buy another license...?

Provided you have uninstalled the "client" and not deleted it; your license will still be good.

If on the other hand you have deleted it, or like me, had a catastrophic HDD failure.  You will need to email LM, requesting a reset, see below:-

licensing@prepar3d.com        with a brief explanation and your license ID and invoice number.

All went very smoothly for me, some time back.
