My Graphics Card Options

Hi guys,

I'm going to be buying a new HP computer with an i7-3770. I have a few options for graphics cards and as you all probably remember well, I'm rather technically challenged haha. I was wondering if you all could help me out in making my choice here. I'll be willing to pay the costs of any of the cards listed below. They offered the AMD Radeon HD 7950 for $379 more but considering the cost of the computer, that's a little out of my price range. My build will be used for games like Battlefield 3 and Flight Simulator X.

Here are my options:

• 1GB DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 757 (Default Price)
  
• 2GB DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 530 (+$30)
  
• 2GB DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 7570 (+30)
  
• 1GB DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 7670 (+$50)
  
• 3GB DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 545 (+$80)
  
• 2GB AMD Radeon HD 7770 (+$170)

Consensus is that nVidia have a better look and feel in FSX.

Unless playing at larger than 19x1080p resolutions, I'd get a minmum of GTX 560 - if you can go to $250 bucks, get the (1.2 GB) 560 Ti 448 - which is currently the best buy for sensible money on Toms Hardware - stunnign card for games in general !

Thanks! Yeah I ended up getting the ATI 7950 (3 GB). I may try to sell it for that NVIDIA though.
