Seek, Strike, Recover!

Recommended Posts

Supermarine Scimitar departing Culdrose on a training mission.  The brief was simple, fly down to the Scilly Isles.  overfly and photograph the airport.  Hit two targets on another Island without scaring the locals, Do a security check on an offshore rig, check out a suspicious boat and then recover to St Mawgan/ Newquay. Weather damn near perfect.Game on! The Aircraft is the Freeware model from Rob Richardson. http://www.robertjamesrichardson.co.uk/page3.html

Nicely done Alan.

The Scilly Isles are on my bucket list.

It's a fabulous place. We spent some time there in 2008. Hard to think it's part of Britain in some places. Plenty of places to eat. I recommend you fly out there rather  than take the ship,( you get more time in the islands that way. ) It is one of our favourite parts of England. Well worth visiting if you get the chance.

This was the video I posted on our approach.
