The fact that you know where that is actually amazes me . Yes it is off Lakes road. For me personally its a 10 minute drive and is physically the closest airstrip to where I live IRL apart from North Pinjarra which is an old drag strip and is unrecognized by FSX. I have only added a freeware scenery file to help make it more realistic and the Eaglesoft hanger for myself.

After legal issues forced the closure of my previous company Tecaty Express I have taken what little money I had left and formed a new Freight and Logistics company.
