ddavid 149
We see quite a lot of contrails here, in we(s)t Wales - even at this time of year - and it struck me recently that I'd not seen hardly any in FSX. That was until yesterday when, doing a bit of surveying for an up-coming ATWC leg, I was in 'top-down' mode (F12) over Corsica at around 50,000', when I noticed a bit of activity below. Slewing down to 30,000', this is what I found - a really big set of contrails: On further investigatio, I found this 'cluster' of AI A/C's: And in the lead: It's amazing, isn't it, all that activity, up there, and you never knew about it! No wonder you need next century hardware for FSX, eh? Cheers - Dai. :mrhappy:
mutley 4,498
Good point Dai, I must have a look around some time, I recently installed JF's military packs 1 & 2 and don't think I have seen any Mil traffic. I will have to re-compile and look again. Cheers
allardjd 1,853
50,000 ft, eh? Must have really had to lean her, I suspect? I'll bet those guys in the Lears where surprised at your speed and height. Great shot's Dai. You never know what the AI is going to be up to next - or you, apparently.
