Any Users of FSAirlines?

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I'm currently posting this from my cell phone inside my taxi cab awaiting a pickup. If you do yourself one favor in your life, do not become a cab driver.

Anyways, as the topic says, does anyone here use FsAirlines? It's much like the legendary FsEconomy, but with virtual airlines. Seeing as how I wanted to make Red Bird Airlines a possibility, I went ahead and signed up at their website and am currently on my two week trial membership, which has allowed me to start the airline. It's pretty fun and I'm enjoying the money management and flight tracking.

However, what leads me to a bit of suspicion is that I am having a huge amount of trouble registering for their forums. I was supposedly sent an activation email that never appeared (in the spam folder too) and now I'm supposed to contact a board administrator. Still no reply from them. Thankfully I'm on a trial, so I haven't paid any of my own money. Is FsAirlines legitimate? Just hoping to hear from you all!

I have used FSAirliners and am currently a pilot member. Not had any problems personally, but have heard of some problems like the one you have

There is a posting about a redesign posted in January of this year so I guess the site administrator is somewhat active. I looked through the forums and the postings were varied between old and new so maybe not much talking going on.

Thanks for the reply! It's kind of frustrating because I feel there is almost no interaction or way for me to seek out new pilots or advice without access to the forums. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. It could make or break it for me if it does or doesn't get resolved. Because, unfortunately, in order to manage your own virtual airline, you have to pay about 2.50 pounds each month, which translates to something like 50 USD per year, which isn't too bad. I'd definitely continue to buy a premium membership, but only if I can actually use their forums.

Thanks, Brett! It's definitely a fun idea, with management of your finances, competition between other virtual airlines, and even partnerships. I messaged several people, about my issue, even the one who posted about the site redesign who is a moderator, and have yet to see a reply. Like I mentioned above, without some sort of community interaction it feels kind of hollow. However, maybe I'm just used to the community here, who are always replying with helpful advice and outstanding insight.
