grth_bbtt 0 Posted August 2, 2008 Report Share Posted August 2, 2008 thought i would take a leaf out of JPS's book and post a trip report of a set of flights from LGW-EDI-LGW with easyjet. lgw-edi : A319 G-EZIG edi-lgw: A319 G-EZIH at gatwick gate 6. pushback. with a short taxi via juliet and mike were on hold at 26L at mike 1. no takeoff pictures as there is a video on its way with all the takeoffs and landings. a minute or so after takeoff some in-flight shots. flying past heathrow. decent into edinburgh. a rather thick layer of clouds. landing video at edinburgh. very cloudy. pilot said the clouds were as low as 100FT. could bearly see anything. Xji2DbPGwaI after landing at edinburgh. we taxied through all the fog. in edinburgh itself now. some shots of the castle. on the flight back to gatwick. flight was delayed for an hour due to a passenger having some medical problem at gatwick meaning the aircraft had to taxi back to the terminal. at gate 10. after pushing back we started our taxi along foxtrot and alpha and then taking off on runway 06 after takeoff we circled around a hazy firth of the fourth. turning onto the approach for gatwick. gatwick visible just above the wingtip. on finals now. after landing on 26L we taxi back to stand 3 on pier 1.(sorry bor some blurry shots.) thanks for looking. sorry for the quality of the shots. they were taken with a cheap digi cam.
