allardjd 1,853
http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/234200,german-police-detain-terror-suspects-on-plane--2nd-update.html In this version KLM is giving a much more mundane characterization of the events. Once again it appears the media can't resist making stories more dramatic than they really are. In Amsterdam, KLM spokeswoman Ellen van Ginkel confirmed the arrests, but denied that police had stormed the aircraft. "After the doors had closed and the plane was ready for departure, the German border police re-opened the doors and arrested two men," Van Ginkel said. "Then, all passengers were let out of the plane and all luggage was also taken out and checked outside," Van Ginkel added.

hello_basil 0
We'll never know the full truth, the company will try to dumb down the story as much as possible so it does not affect sales and the media will try to hype it up as much as possible to sell a paper - thats always been the way; unless there is an unbiased report. Cheers, Theo.
