wain 879 Posted September 26, 2016 Report Share Posted September 26, 2016 Trying to learn JF Tristar... initially doing the tutorial however I have one question...when I create my own flightplan for this in P3D where do I get the waypoint coordinates?... I have never used them before as anything I have used has just used the plan as is or a gps... sorry if this is a daft question.. Thanks.... I usually use plan g or pfpx.... brett 2,315 Posted September 26, 2016 Report Share Posted September 26, 2016 I don't have the Tristar but if you need actual Lat/Long coordinates PlanG shows both versions when hovering your cursor. Degrees in the bottom left corner of the screen, next to the zoom buttons, and Minutes in the Information popup box. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
wain 879 Posted September 27, 2016 Author Report Share Posted September 27, 2016 cheers Brett, I had a look at that, also in PFPX it prints coords of waypoints on the FP...trying to use the Tristar using INS which is all new to me, having to put in coords but only 8 at a time....
