where mto put the MEBAR test flight situation files?

Well, I'm stumped, I put the 3 MEBAR 2017 test flight situation files into my flight simulator

X  files folder and they don't work. Of course files put there have to be.pln files and these are not.

So I'm missing something...probably simple.
