IZ0JUB 162
I have recently updated my Nvidia GTX 960 4 GB GPU to the latest driver and after several minutes of flying P3D v4 shuts the GPU off. I have tested the GPU using on-line software bench marking etc and it runs perfectly OK. My OS is Win 7 SP 1 64 bit. I wonder if anyone else has experienced similar problems please? Mike. IZ0JUB 162
Thanks Brett for the link however it wasn't the GPU at fault. After many hours of scratching my head I found the problem. A few weeks ago in a moment of madness I re-installed FSX Steam edition to compare it with P3D v4. I subsequently un-installed it but unknown to me at the time a fsx.cfg file had been left in my P3D v4 set up, I don't know why. I removed both fsx and p3d cfg files and re-started P3D to make a new one. P3D v4 now works perfectly fine. Thanks again.....................cheers and beers Mike.
