dodgy-alan 1,587
PANAM were an early signee for the Concorde but the order was subsequently cancelled due to a number of reasons. I based this model on Airfix's recently re-released Prototype model which was originally sold in 1966, Due to the age of the moulding it lacked my features that were subsequently rectified when the production standard model was released. I reprofiled the wingtip trailing edges, Added a scratch built tailwheel assembly, Scratch built the engine splitters and ramps, and added the nose strakes. The Visor windscreens were painted in. Decals by R.A.M. Thanks for viewing. Edited June 7, 2021 by dodgy-alan
mutley 4,498
Interesting post Alan, it looks like you went that extra mile this time. Mind you, Pan Am were a terrible airline for customer service, I flew with them once but never again On 07/06/2021 at 21:25, dodgy-alan said: I reprofiled the wingtip trailing edges, Added a scratch built tailwheel assembly, Scratch built the engine splitters and ramps, and added the nose strakes.
