Don't fill up the air Don't try and speak so much and tell them everything, just tell them what they need to know, at the same time, don't skimp on it. Be Patient If like me, you had a new flyer on your first mentoring session, be patient with him, don't have a go at him, because your mentor won't like it, and neither will the pilot. Don't speak too fast If your speaking like the Startreck Enterprise in hyperspace your pilot will not be able to understand you. You sound a lot more proffesional when you speak at a normal speed. ben_davies247 0 Posted February 25, 2007 Report Share Posted February 25, 2007 It's simple really, all you do is log on and have a chat with your instructor on Teamspeak (Which I'm sure you have already). Then he'll go through the basic procedures, before he takes you onto the position itself. Once your on the position he will monitor your progress along the way, to make sure your doing everything you should be. Link to post Share on other sites
