Not only does it cover the city with high resolution textures but it also includes all buildings in the center and thousands of correctly placed autogen buildings are included. The five heliports are all usable and the project also includes new high definition ground textures for the nearby airports. The scenery is complemented with sounds, road traffic and even animated paddle steamers. All this for very low cost. allardjd 1,853 Posted September 14, 2009 Report Share Posted September 14, 2009 When you build a city behind dikes (they call them levees) on ground that is below sea level, it doesn't require global warming to get your feet wet, as they learned during Katrina.
