hurricanemk1c 195
Hi all! Getting used to the 757 now, done a few flights over the last few days So, here is CO18, diverted into Dublin due to medical problem. We are picking up the flight at Dublin. 'Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome on board Continental Airlines 18 to London Heathrow. We are sorry for the delay, but we will get you to London quickly.' Taxing out Behind a Co 752 and Air Baltic 733 From the 'tower' Delta 764 coming in Rolling Lift off! Gear is up, flaps starting to go up Passenger David Clegg was taking photos. Here's one View from the 2-D Another one from David Trailling Over the Irish Sea Aer Lingus A321 going to Dublin A few cruise shots Going down Turning onto ILS Popping out of cloud David's snapping, over London Flaps slowly going out Then this BA 772 pilot decided, 'I don't want to wait, I'll overtake' About to GA Ordered to GA Over London (again) Settled Slowly Down! Taxing in My allocated stand was taken, so I went to find a new space South African A340 - could be on a foot-ex Let's go behind the Aer Lingus Slowly STOP! Stopped David takes his things and quickly takes one more photo For servicing on gate 'Ladies and Gentlemen, thank yoou for flying Continental'
ddavid 149
Nice set of shots, Kieran - you clearly enjoyed that flight, and so did I! Not sure about all the flooding in east London, mind! Looks like the O2 Dome is floating off down-stream (Good riddance - Ed) - I used to live within spitting distance of the old gasworks, you know (sounds of gentle snoring....). Cheers - Dai.
