mutley 4,498
If you are running Internet Explorer 4 through to IE 8 and possibly v9 (In Beta) you may get this message complaining about running scripts. If you Google it, it appears to be quite wide-spread problem although I have never seen it before. I use Google Chrome and on occasion the Beta version of IE 9 A Microsoft explanation and fix here, http://support.micro...b;en-us;Q175500 click on the Fix It icon to download or here is a link to the fix download http://go.microsoft....?linkid=9729250 I have installed it and it appears to work OK. (Thanks to John for highlighting this problem) Regards, Joe
ddavid 149
Thanks for that, Joe - will download and try the Fix. BTW, what happened to 'Active Topics'? Is there a similar feature on the new forum engine? Will post some more comments when I have 'found my feet'... (They're on the end of your legs! - Ed) Cheers - Dai. B) Edit - the "...atwciii/atwc003.png" Signature image seems to be missing! And why isn't my teddy tumbling, eh? Pam is very upset - and you know what that means...... And now I've got to type 'capital B' 'right parenthesis' for "" - sch-yeah!!!

B) No problem. now, the active topics, I use a couple of methods 1 - on the main page, view new content and the other recent topics windows 2. Each category, if a new post exists the folder will be blue Within each categories the individual topics are high-lit too. Hope this helps, there may be better ways to do this and I am ... all ears!! ddavid 149
Thanks for that - yes, I noticed the "View New Content" link and it seems to be almost what "Active Topics" was before - not many entries, but I guess this will fill up soon. Also, I tried the "Chat Room" - but no-one has been there when I tried (2 or 3 times, so far). Maybe it's because da de da..... Getting to like the editor - but the is a bit of a b****r! Cheers - Dai. B)
