simi_av8r 0
Ok, as per my other topic over in the 'Flight Sim' section, I've posted my pics of some doings with an effects upgrade i found at AVSim (link in my other topic here).. Well, all experiments need a test candidate (yeah, all right a guinea-pig if you want!).. and mine today was the venerable (and extremely gorgeous) JF Vulcan painted up as XM607 from UKMil. So, here we have our candidate, with standard Engine smoke effect enabled, sat on idle - as noted by the Throttle quadrant in lower right. and the same shot from another angle. Slowly increasing the throttle (again see lower right for throttle quadrant), the mist begins to appear. and finally at full thrust and breaks creaking to go with the 4 Olympus engines howling :wub - look at that spray! allardjd 1,853
I'm impressed! I don't know squat about editing, but the effect is superb. Nice work. John
simi_av8r 0
works very well indeed, thanks guys. Now, if only the Vulcan had reversers i could implement the POSky 'Reverser Spray' add-on too!
