Spectacular. Although heavy metal is not on the top of my list anymore, genre wise, there is something about ACDC that just makes you want to "Turn it Up". Just ask my neighbors.

That collapse of the castle at the end is brilliant - decent bit of image animation - top marks! :clapping:

Although I'm not an AC/DC acolyte, I do subscribe to Metal - my preference being Aerosmith... But I got to admit, those lyrics are good, eh? :dance2:

... Too many women with too many pills...

Hope Germaine ain't reading this post - ouch! :th_smiles73:

AC/DC isn't my cup of tea, but it is close. I listen quite a lot to Iron Maiden (currently listening to Dance of Death live - amazing!). But the video and music is quite good!

Here's the Longest Day - one of the best ones from the Maiden camp (in my opinion!)

What better way to relax than with some hard hitting, head heavy metal.....I couldn't agree more to be fair, AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Saxon, Rammstein, Rush et Al...i'm in need of some relaxation now as it happens....lets hope the neighbours aren't in!

LOL, just re-discovered this thread, glad you all liked it

JF ... I wouldn't mind that cherry red SG ... I have a Fender Tex Mex Strat and one of the better Squire Stratocasters too that with some decent pick ups will be a real nice sounding guitar.

I'd love to see one of those projection shows, there are a few on google now that look really spectacular ... about the best stadium conventional light show I ever saw was Pink Floyds set at Earls Court in 94 (Ithink it was) The Division Bell tour, I've always loved that band.

AC/DC are big live faves of mine, seen them three times now, stopped buying their records when Bon died, but it soon became apparent Brian was the only guy to fill his shoe's ... I love them for the fun, over the top show they always put 100% into ... probably the best live band of all time? Nobody walks away from their shows unhappy, seen a lot of the major bands over the years inc Iron Maiden 3 times too .. once at 1988 Donington Monstors of rock when the two kids got killed in the crush up front when the crowd surged fwd to see the then red Hot Guns and Roses. :(

I've mellowed out a lot in the last ten years music wise and am much more eclectic now, but Rock and hard rock was a big part of my life when I was younger ... and at 52 it still excites me sometimes ... go figure :)

I'm sure the Rock fans here have heard the sad news that Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) has cancer, it was caught in the early stages as far as I know ... Tony has got to be the greatest heavy metal riff merchant the world has ever seen, hope he wins this fight.

Tony with Ozzy and co were just starting to record an original band line up new album and a tour to follow, all that must be on hold now ... and rightly so.

BTW: for an AC/DC show on film, get a hold of their Live at River Plate DVD or Blu, i got this as a Christmas present and loved every minute of it :)
