Menno 0
epic LOL  Your corporate facilities look great. Makes me jealous with only a rented shed with a plywood walled office and a 10 year old Toyota as a corporate runabout... Keep up the good work! Respectfully, Menno
UKJim 502
Looking good mate - size isn't everything it just means us bigger sized plane owners are in more debt I shud get back my old 182rg for the fun - don't think I have the type of contracts to fulfil this aircraft tho How many bases you got? I've only got 1 at KPAE I've got three bases though I have to say I'd get rid of one of them if it wasn't for the reputation hit. 1S2 Darrington - keeping for nostalgia reasons, plus I leave the 182 there to generate small jobs around a very scenic area KBVS Skagit Regional - main base which hosts my Corportae HQ I have 2 Cargomasters and the DC-3 based here CYPK Pitt Meadows - thought this was a good idea when I got the Vancouver 3 scenery but I wish I hadn't bothered though it is handy for running a few jobs further north - I have 2 Cargomasters based here. Sabre 28
Wow! Nice mix there mate! Yeah thanks, it just gives me a bit of scope to fly a few different aircraft but with a sense of purpose if you like. I'm probably going to drop one of the Cargomasters for the Pilatus PC12 at some point, again just for the variation.

UKJim 502
There is always the saying: It is better to beg for forgiveness that to ask for permission. LOL - sorry for hijacking you topic Sabre - let's get back on track and give us an update
Sabre 28
:Hijacked: Stop the Hijack :Hijacked: LOL - no problem gents just joking - as the old saying goes there's no such thing as bad publicity - I'm sure SAD will thrive on all this insightful information on how to deal with women :D Back on topic a very brief update. SAD Fleet Changes Well with the interest rates in the bank remainaing very low SAD have splashed the cash and made some changes to their fleet. Out - One of the Cargomasters has been sold to a local chicken farmer to take his prize birds on holiday to Hawaii In - Pilatus PC-12 - this brand new aircraft will be based at KBVS after successful trials over the weekend. In - C-46 Commando - this old bird is the second aircraft that SAD have picked up from Buffalo Airways C-FAVO undertaking its first delivery since arriving at SAD HQ G-BGBN leaving KBVS with its first cargo loaded onboard A special thanks to James (Jaydor) for the excellent personalised SAD repaint - brilliant job
Menno 0
Very nice additions to your fleet, especially the PC-12. What a beauty! May I ask what its specs are? Speed, MTOW, range and cargo capacity? Respectfully, Menno
brett 2,310
Good choices to your fleet. What a difference between the C-46 and the PC-12, one big and lumbering and the other sleek and fast. The AI's must be drooling to fly either one.
PanzerFodder 0
Nice PC-12 buddy Dear old Flora SAD, wont know herself flying around in that thing . Cheer's...Graham...
Sabre 28
"Very Very SAD Update" Well what can I say a very sorry tale indeed. All SAD business is suspended pending Police investigations into the apparently malicious attack on the computer sustems at their Corpoarte HQ at Skagit. Police and Fire Services were called to the premises late last night after the Cleaner discovered the smoking computer in the SAD control room. The Police have refused to rule out fowl play and are looking into suggestions that it may be just someone clowning around. All aircraft are grounded and staff have been given an extended vacation after they have all been interviewed by the Police. The Police are also believed to be analysing various online communications at the World Renowned Mutley's Hangar Forum for clues which may lead them to the potential culprits. The SAD CEO refused to comment on local gossip suggesting that it may have been an inside job aimed at fleecing SAD's Insurers and conning them into a free upgrade to the company's ageing computer systems. jaydor 345
So if the Police suspect fowl play, could it be some one who frequents KFC?
Sabre 28
So if the Police suspect fowl play, could it be some one who frequents KFC? I missed that pun opportunity so I'm going to blatantly edit my post - cheers James
Sabre 28
Mr B. has no idea what you're talking about. Tries to help his burnt competitor and immediately comes under suspicion. Personally we believe it must be insurance - acoording to SAD boss, his CPU is still running at 2.83. And who has the cans of gas? I fixed it now :D
PanzerFodder 0
So when's SAD going to be up and running again, m8y???. .
Sabre 28
So when's SAD going to be up and running again, m8y???.. New motherboard etc arrived yesterday so should be finished connecting it up tonight at some point, then I have to pray that Win 7 does its stuff and picks up OS. With a fair wind and a lot of luck SAD may be taking to the sky later on tonight - having said that the luck I'm having currently I wouldn't be at all surprised if the only thing I haven't changed (GFX Card) is goosed as well!! :cray: On the up side if all goes well I'm looking forward to seeing how FSX performs with i7 CPU and 8GB RAM - might even get to crank up settings at my ORBX airfields :clapping:

I am running a i7 2600k, 8gigs of mem and a MSI 6970 lightning GFX card and I am running FSX at max settings with a lot of scenery addons. Only Honolulu gives my computer a mild heart attack once in a while Hope you are up and running soon!
