New Faces At High River.

Now back at High River, after a short flight training course in Iceland, PanzerFodders Flying Circus is please to announce the arrival of AI Pilots, Evelyn Shepherd, and Isabelle Parker, both the new girls are low ranking but have skill ratings of 100% , their MTOW limits will be improved over the next few weeks.

Panzer said that he took on the new pilots in an effort to get his monthly overheads back onto line, saying that PFC has a couple of planes standing idle and not making any money while he was on RL Duties, and this seemed the most logical way to get those "Darned leases paid off ASAP".

Other News.

No plans have been made to open another bigger base yet, however a move has not been entirely ruled out by the management.

Fleet Expansion.

The Bargain hunting boss at PFC has been at it again, this time he returned home from a meeting at Diamond Point with one very well used Quest Kodiak float plane.

PanzerFodder said that he had been watching this aircraft for a few days in the used aircraft adds, and after seeing another AirHaulic's views on the Kodiak, he decided to "splash" the cash and get it.

He said it's going to cost almost a hundred grand to fix it up to 100% condition! , but I think we will save about $400,000 over the cost of a new one, it should make a good replacement fo one of the 182's.

I presume you have to import the aircraft and then wait till a second-hand one appears?

Yes Mike, that's how it work's, mind you! it can take a few days for one to pop up in the used aircraft menue.

Another New Face At CEN4.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of AI Pilot, Louie Mann.

Louie has a Skill rating of 90%, and a rank of "CPL" his main role will be base hopping in a Cessna 182 as that's the cheapest plane in the fleet to repair.

BAD AND SAD NEWS.

The PFC was forced to cancel a contract today due to a technical problem with the scanning equipment at 97MT Cabin Creek, AI pilot Evelyn Shepherd was not able to book her job off and was stuck at the airport.

PanzerFodder has to manually cancel the contract before Evelyn could move on to her next job.

Panzer said this is a very sad situation indeed, as my pilot arrived in good time, and she was held up by lazy airport staff who could not be bothered to fix their scanner, it has cost the PFC a loss of reputation and also our cash because we still had to pay for the fuel and landing fee at this airport, the cargo was not unloaded and was just sitting in the back of the plane waiting to be scanned into the system :( .

Notice To All Ground Staff.

PFC will be ceasing operations at CEN4 High River at the end of this week.

PanzerFodder wishes to thank all ground staff for the commitment and professionalism show by them whilst carrying out their duties.

Please make sure that you collect your final pay checks from the main office before it closes it's doors on Saturday afternoon.

Bet thats put the wind up the competition ;)

PFC Goes West.

The Flying Circus continues is aggressive expansion, and has opened up not one! but two new bases, one at CZPC Pincher Creek, Alberta. and the other at CYQZ Quesnel - British Columbia.

(airport plates are available at Mutley's Hangar file download section for those who are interested).

PanzerFodder has stated that he will continue to serve his old friends at High River from the new base at Pincher Creek, he said that it was obvious the CEN4 was getting to small for our hauling operations as at some point in the future we are going to have to bring in a bigger aircraft, and the move to Pinch Creek was a solution to that problem.

He also said that opening the second base was a bold move by his company, but we are trying to stay out of the default scenery! adding that Quesnel should become a useful stepping stone for us into the Tongass Fjords.

Stay tuned Guys ;)

Fleet Expansion.

In an effort to keep up with the added completion that's now coming thick and fast from over the hill, the Flying Circus Boss decided to add couple of aircraft to his fleet over the last couple of days.

PanzerFodder picked up very nice used PC-12 two days ago from the Red Deer auction, which has already been fixed up and is now busy making lots of money for it's new owner.

Panzer also gave the Cowan sisters a surprise this morning when they turned up for work at Pincher Creek, a brand new Dornier 328T with custom paint job was waiting for them on the runway.

Randy Cowan said, it's no secret that I have been after a bigger one for some time now!, and this one looks like it's going to do the job nicely! adding that she could hardly wait to get it up later on today, too see what her new toy can do!.

Randys new LUV BUGGY.

Other announcements.

We are please to announce the arrival of the lovely "Savannah Gisborne" (who the hell thinks these names up?) She comes very highly recommended and has a skill level of 93%, Savannah will be running small loads around the Quesnel district in one of the Cessna 182's.

Nice to see you back in the virtual skies matey.

Have to say the new bird is certainly bright - not much chance of her blending into the landscape :D

Good luck with the expansion plans - keep them girls busy.

Lovely paint job!

Thanks, I pinched the paint job idea from the 757-300 Condor hearts livery ;) .

The Do 328T is a freeware plane, the cockpit is very basic! that's why the AI Pilots are flying it :D but it seems like the best bang for your buck cargo capacity wise, it carrys more than the AN-32 but is half the price ;) .

You do need to have a strong stomach when you see the fuel bill for running this thing though :faint: but on a brighter note, it can carry 60K worth of cargo in one flight $$$ :dance3: $$$$.

Announcement.

The Flying Circus is pleased to announce that leasing the Dornier 328 is paying off nicely, and we have just crossed the 5 million cash barrier today, and with a Net Worth of 6,836,303.00 and with over 50 contracts on the board our future prospects are looking good indeed.

PanzerFodder was heard to say, Hell!, we've got more money than Forest Gump now, so I decided to buy Randy a bigger gun (anyone fancy a spot of clay chicken carrier pigeon shooting at the weekend? ;) ).

Canadian Bacon too Danish Bacon.

PFC is pleased to announce the opening of a new base at Bornholm Island .

This opening marks our first venture into Europe, and EKRN Ronne should give us a good starting position to service most of Northern European Countries.

Our first cargo flights into Sweden were flown this morning, and all going well we should have another pilot on the books at Ronne by the end of this week.

Official Announcement.

PFC is now skint, The CEO checked the cashbook this morning, and has reported that the companies funds are now in the minus figures, following the purchase of a used Bombardier Dash 8 Q400.

PanzerFodder has also sent one or the Cessna 182's and a PC-12 aircraft back to the leasing company in a cost cutting exercise to reduce the companies overheads.

Worried pilots and grounds staff have been reassured that their jobs are safe for the moment, but Panzer added, but they had better start putting in few more hours around here! because Im not running holiday camps at our bases anymore.

Other News.

Louie Mann has traveled out to Europe too help Ella Snyder with her ever increasing workload at Bornholm island.

Louie Mann prepares to taxi the Dash 8 Q400 away for its first hauling contract flight out of EKRN Ronne airport this morning.

PS: They build the Dash aircraft just down the road from me at Downsview, I often see them flying in and out of the factory, they are pretty fast in real life too :) .

Graham, Jim, have either of you checked out the Premier Aircraft Design D8Q400?

Rgds, Mike

Yes Mike, I have tried that one, think that it would be cheating to use it in AH though ;) cruise speed was 477 knots, and it could carry over 24000 pound of cargo :D .

PFC boss said the he would like us all to be all on the same playing field!, so I deleted it and used the DW Dash instead.

fair enough, haven't tried myself - and now won't! When I get up with the big boys . . i'm trying various smaller, might drop into Red Deer tomorrow - got an urgent high value nearby . .

tell the PFC boss that Mr B. has no problems with a level playing field providing no-ones parked a large AA on it . :faint:

Hey Mike!, this is a good freeware plane "Tim Conrads AN-32" http://www.fs-shipya...y_view&iden=259 (add it to your AH, and wait for a used one to come up for sale ;) )

Not bad at all, comes with a very good VC, and you can feather the props on this one as well, it's better than some of the payware planes that I have got :) .

I presume the Luv Bug is a heap of scrap then?

The Dornier needs 200 meters less runway as well ;) . (VC is not too clever though, but it's perfect for your AI pilots :) ).

Going to lease another one later in the week too replace the jetstream 31, as it's not working out to well at Ronne.

Fleet Expansion.

PFC has just added it's first jet aircraft to the fleet, an Embraer 175.

PanzerFodder was lucky enough to find a second hand one for sale, and after a fair bit of negotiating with the bank he was able to snap it up.

Panzer said that he thinks this is the way to go, since we now owe our asses to the bank!.

The new aircraft is twice as fast as any of the other aircraft in the fleet, so in theory one pilot should be able to fly double that amount of jobs each day, and this will aid the company to reduce it's staffing costs.

Mr Fodder also said that he will be reviewing his pilots performance over the next few days and then decide who he will be letting go.

The PFC's new Jungle Jet arrived at Bornholm airport early this morning.
