Hello I am new here (but old in the body).

Have been reading your comments as far as FTX ORBX UK is concerned. ORBX hope to have England available at the end of the year. Gary at UK2000 can relax as ORBX do not do International Airports outside of Oz. Also Gary does such a great job with his new Xtreame, I doubt anyone will be able to overtake him: and that's one saying that, who has all ORBX airports. I have of late been buying Gary's new airports and I must say I am gob-smacked at the detail.

I have to ask aquestion though. I have Just Flight VFR 123 and 4, but who's is best Just Flight or Horizon as I wish to update with Treescape; any help please?

Hi Jaydor,

Treescapes are built to align exactly with the Gen X areas. I think they would look a little unnatural in combination with JF VFR Real Scenery as their (JF) textures are a little washed-out compared with Generation X.

The latest Gen X series have had a recent update (version 3) for more high resolution city areas so in my experience is a better set.

However, if you wanted to keep the JF RS textures and use with Treescapes, my advice would be to move all the Real Scenery files into on folder with Scenery and Texture sub folders, an AIO installation (All in One) that way, you would just move all the Trescapes files into your AIO texture folder and it would work ok.

If you don't want that hassle have a look over at Earth Simulations, I understand they have some Gen X/ Treescapes deals going. Or even better, wait until FSX Weston and visit the Flightstore stand and you will get special show deals!

Thank you Joe, Yes I will wait until Weston and get a new suite of Horizon as I wish to get Scotland and all Ireland soon so they will then all match..
