Help please! How can I recover corrupted DB file

Hello,

My PC was hung during starting the Air Hauler. I rebooted the system...Then I have found finance tab doesn't show with correct value with error.

This is Just-In-Time debugger's output. When AI or myself has completed the jobs, I could see correct finance value without any errors. I think some table has been corrupted. The DB file is protected by password.

Before tweaking the DB, I would like to hear you guys' advice. Do you know any way to fix this issue?

Sorry you've had no response so far, our AH Guru is on vacation right now, my guess is that the DB needs editing, I can't see a way back from that.

You could try posting in the Just Flight / AH forum here and you may get more help.

The Just Flight support offered me a refund. So I think they don't want to fix my corrupt DB file. I did not refund the software... I am still enjoying it.

Now, I have started new company from scratch.... I have started taking the backup every week.

Try to re-order the Cashbook table in date order, newest last. That can be done by clicking on the column header for date. If you accidently sorted that table differently by clicking on a column header, the file is not corrupted but the displayed table will not make any sense. It doesn't re-calculate when re-ordered and the balance field only makes sense when the table is lined up from oldest to newest.
