First up is an expension pack for his PMDG NGX product called SimCheck. This will add support for non-normal proceduers to the standard PMDG NGC FS2Crew software. Think checklists and PNF flows for engine failures, engine fires and so forth. Probably only voice control though... More info can be found here. The second, and prehaps more interesting, piece of software coming up is The RAAS (Runway Awareness & Advisory System) Professional software. According to the webpage this is what it's all about. This product is a "professional" grade simulation of the Honeywell Runway Awareness and Advisory System (RAAS).What does RAAS do? RAAS helps improve pilots' situational awareness by informing them, via audio, of their position relative to taxiways and runways during taxi, takeoff, approach, landing and rollout. The system can also alert pilots if they are not configured properly for landing. The product will work with any plane in FS9, FSX or P3D! Scheduled for release some time this summer.
