hurricanemk1c 195
Hi all! Well, after taking on more fuel at Baku, we rejoin the action on the ramp Inputting the FMC with the next leg I'll never get tired of that callsign! Cleared for take-off From the cockpit, F/D on V1, Rotate, V2 Climbing out in the dead of night Leaving Baku behind A quick looky at the FMC shows our progress Making a nice trail The route Descending - but a visual at night! VC view Going down A passenger view Gear down please Gear down and locked Useful Airport ahoy! Giving the passengers a crazy ride! Touchdown! All those speedbrakes Vacating Terminal in sight Stopped and shut down All opened up for the mechanics Well, that's that leg over with. Not a lot of shots (not a lot to take pictures of!), so here are the stats: Distance gone: 3870.7nm Distance to go: 30168.5nm Tour part - Iron Maiden perform to a sell-out crowd. They take in the sights before doing the first sound-check of the tour (and making sure that the bamboo stage!). Next stop Australia. Thanks for looking!

allardjd 1,853
Chuck, Nice job with the photos - night flights are always difficult to photo-document well. You should have a complete set of airport plates for the tour now except SBCT, which will come in tomorrow's batch. John

ddavid 149
Hope the mechanics had torches, Chuck! Mind you, with all the power cuts in India, you were lucky the approach and runway lights were working... I guess the gig went well? Thanks for sharing. Cheers - Dai.
