allardjd 1,853 Posted August 6, 2012 Report Share Posted August 6, 2012 Very interesting. When FSX was released, the hardware of the day could barely run it adequately. Today, the hardware has gone far beyond the needs of the application, but the way FSX is coded does not permit the program to take full advantage of the resources of the machine. Obviously MSF is written to help itself to whatever resources the computer has to offer. That is what L-M should be (and hopefully is) doing with P3D. Thanks for posting, Peter.
