Boeing were running a demo tour of their new 747-8F and were currently up in Scotland. This would be a perfect demonstration of what their new freighter could do...... Loading at Glasgow's Prestwick Airport take off on the first leg, a short hop to Belfast's Aldergrove. A short time later she's on the ramp at Aldergrove taking on more supplies from the people of Ireland. Climbing out for the long transatlantic flight. Crossing the Irish coast Way out over the Atlantic at 30,000 ft. I'm surprised you didn't get stacked. It sure can get crowded around there. Maybe you should take in some of the sights while in New York although the locals might be a little cranky.
