RAF Manston, early evening , 1945, The war is nearly over, The Luftwaffe beaten back into Germany...most of the time! But just in case Aliied fighters still maintain their patrols, ..........

Parked on the dispersal, all seems quiet. Soon it will be too dark for Dayfighters.
