Multiple entries & 250kts

Hey guys,

 

first of all thanks for hosting this again, it was really fun when I took part the last time (2011).

 

I see that last year you removed the 250kt cruise speed restriction. On the Rules page for this year it isn't mentioned but on the Test Flight page it is.

 

Is this still a valid restriction?

 

 

2nd: can we still take part with multiple aircraft? It isn't mentioned anywhere in the rules...

Hi Stefan,

 

I'm not sure about the 250kt rule, but I seem to remember last year someone entering in a Dash 8-Q400, with a average speed of about 400kts, so I'd say it doesn't matter.

 

As for multiple aircraft, as far as I know that's fine, but just make sure you register twice for two different aircraft

Thanks for pointing that out, I should have amended the Test Flight page too   the restriction HAS been lifted.

 

You can enter as many different aircraft as you like, we usually have a few multiple entries.
