...for me in future ! ´ll work "only" with (fsx iFly 737NGX (SDK) not with --> fs9/2004 version) ! so i do cannot use that fantastic CDU at present ! Damn. But the time ´ll come with complete new system !!. fds (flightdecksolutions) is highly recommended ! perfect !. "only" = the sim i´m using at present...! with a new big system go for upgrade....one by one

usually, i think that´s the download. to download a bought *.zip file from them. the way you describe to, i would say there´s something wrong with the download-file or by downloading. did you compare if you download it completed (kb/mb) ? sometimes the download shows finished but contains not all data and liable for that bug. otherwise you´ll get a correct file from the store/ service-center. let us know what happens. good luck
