britfrog 180
I should think there were a few solied underclothes after this: 1)Now what was he doing landing with the airbrake extended? this should have been stowed until landed, i suspect the pilot forgot about it and only realised they were out when the speed bled off too quickly when he flaired causing a huge rate of descent 2) why did the spoilers retract when they were needed to keep the a/c on the ground I rather fancy a left seater is now a right seater
Quickmarch 488
Ouch! That was a bad landing looking for a runway from the get go. Look at the crab angle. Is this a case of seriously crossed controls for descent profile? That might also explain the deployed airbrakes. If he was trying to get down fast - it worked. Check out the full rudder deflection at 5-6 seconds. Spoiler retract? Any chance he was contemplating a go around, then changed his mind? Maintenance probably had a good go at that baby. hifly 925
That's just like one of my better landings.
ddavid 149
Was that the sound of seagulls - or the PAX being sick? Cheers - Dai.

brett 2,315
"My neck, my neck", I screamed while falling into the aisle, while winking at my wife and rubbing my thumb and forefinger together.
Gunner 69
That was closer to a crash than to a landing.
