IZ0JUB 162
Firstly hello from Central Italy, I am originally from near Tenby, Pembrokeshire, West Wales. I have spent many months creating my own photo real scenery for FSX and just completed Pembrokeshire. I have used the Maps2Bgl software which works OK with VE, SBuilderX which I have got working with GE and a recent find FS Earth Tiles which I have working with VE but not GE. The latest software, FS Earth Tiles is so very easy to use and it is literally a one button operation, walk away from the computer and on your return, scenery for FSX or it can be used for FS2004 too. Happy flying everyone...................... Kindest Regards, Michael.

UKJim 502
OK so if you take a screenshot in FSX (using print screen or the V key I think) find it on your computer and remember where it went. Go to www.fsfiles.org Navigate to your image and upload it After upload you will find links to the image - you want to copy the 'Direct Link' Then get yourself into the forum - start a reply or new topic - you will find a button above the text box that looks like a polaroid - click it and paste the link into the box Clicking OK on this the image will display in the text window. Hope this helps - I am at work so cannot do screenshots Good Luck - I look forward to seeing them

brett 2,315
Hi Michael and welcome to the forum. Nice work on the scenery.
IZ0JUB 162
Thanks Brett for the kind words. This particular scenery was made with SBuilderX and the BMP images edited with Irfanview, its a free photo shop package, its very simple to use. I colour correct the images and then adjust the gamma, magic figure for me is 0.75 and that seems to be OK for my viewing. I have just discovered FS Earth Tiles which works OK with VE but unable to get it to work with GE. All the best, Michael.
