UKJim 502
Great shot - and if you like the 172 then you need to head over to A2A simulations - they have a 172 that would blow your mind with accusim Bit pricey but well worth it! It looks cold up there I am leaving
dodgy-alan 1,587
Great shot, you certainly wouldn't want an engine failure up there!

It looks cold up there I am leaving Thks. I don't specially like the 172, but that's what you get when you start an Air Hauler company in career mode... I already have a 185F Skywagon from Carenado waiting with toundra wheels, skis and floats. As soon as I can have the money ! Then when I get rich I have an Aerosoft Twin Otter in the hangar... It's getting cold, I think I will soon have more operations with my caribbean company in Marie Galante !
UKJim 502
I know you can sell your initial plane in career mode and buy a new one e.g. the carenado plane - you may go into negative numbers for a little but imo it is worth it because you get to fly a plane that you bought not just a shobby default FSX plane. I was not into the 172 until I got the A2A version - unfortunately it does not play too nice with Air Hauler due to it's cargo loading method but still great plane. My first Air Hauler plane was the Carenado 182RG II - superb plane. Now I have 2 x 752F's, 1 x Avro 100, 1 x Twotter All in good time mate Good Luck Jim

UKJim 502
Don't forget - offload some fuel and use extra space for cargo Then you might be able to complete two jobs in one trip. Where are you based at?
Corsaire31 419
Based in CYPR - Prince Rupert, British Columbia. I love the landscapes over there, but in real would be too cold for me... good thing about virtual flying !

Gunner 69
"Low fuel" light is standard on the 172.
Corsaire31 419
OK I tried... But I'm usually really low on fuel, when I take off on a return trip to base I usually load 1.5 times what I need because fuel is much cheaper at base.
