It's a perverse kind of fun to listen to the Live ATC feeds at O'Hare or Midway on a bad winter night, with an airport diagram handy. It's surprising how seldom you hear "missed approach", but you can often hear the stress in the voices, both controllers and pilots. John Link to post Share on other sites

I came out of her house the next morning and my car was buried in a drift about 3-4 feet deep. I had to dig it out. Not witnessed anything like that for years, can't even make a proper snowman.
