rob16584 42
Just a quick one, I went here yesterday for the first time and it's well worth a visit if anyone is in this neck of the woods. It's not the largest museum but there is plenty to see and do making the £8 entry well worth it. I took Lucy (2) for something a little bit different (and I didn't want to be in the house when SWMBO was doing the post-holiday washing), she totally loved it and wont stop saying 'airplane' now. They also have a restaurant that does a very nice beef stew and dumplings! http://www.yorkshireairmuseum.org/
brett 2,305
Sounds like a sound tactical move on your part Rob, not to mention getting some daughter time in. Wouldn't mind checking out that Gypsy Moth they have. Nice collection of planes there, I mean airplane, airplane, airplane........

dogtrack 346
The Eden Camp is another interesting museum to visit in that area also, just off the A64.
