Can't help you with EZDOCK, but as you are a new TrackIR user...a couple of things I found that helped: I see from your photo that you wear specs. If, like mine, they are varifocals, I recommend getting a pair of cheapo single-vision ones ( they sell them in Tesco's on a rotating stand - that sort of thing ). The reason is that you move your head but still look at the screen, and so you can end up looking through the wrong part of the varifocal lens. It took me ages to realize that, and was shot down numerous times in multiplayer IL2 because I couldn't see what was coming up behind me.

Dolf, you know there are still cannibals down there, don't you ? Great pics, Orbx's AYPY is an excellent add-on airport.
-
Great link, Eddie ! Just been 'on board' as it crossed the southern Australia.
-
One more, this time near Strasbourg. I was trying out Orbx's Open LC Europe, which I bought in their current sale.

By the way, has anyone else seen the film Apollo 18 about an extra moon mission that was kept secret ? If you haven't, then you are lucky. The biggest waste of my movie watching time since Pearl Harbor. Utterly dreadful from start to finish, and a sadly wasted premise for a good Cold War thriller. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1772240/

John, that sounds the best idea. I currently use Opus with Rex Essentials cloud textures, but if I was starting again I'd buy REX 4 for the textures and still use Opus as my weather engine.

Brian, indeed, give it a go. From what others say, and my own brief experience, DSR has no impact on frame rates and has a remedial effect on texture shimmering. And of course the higher definition can't be bad, can it ? Here's a thread that discusses DSR at length, and provides some very useful info :- http://forum.avsim.net/topic/454108-dsr-for-this-flight-simmer-a-milestone/ I suspect you'll need to be logged into AVSIM to see it, but its worth it.
-
I've used it, and would continue using if I didn't get so many black screens when switching from full screen to windowed mode in P3DV2.4. The sim is still running, and you can hear all the sounds, but everything is black. There seems to be no pattern to it, just a random event...but its frequent enough to discourage my further use of DSR. Hopefully it will be resolved, or at least I'll come across the reason for it happening. That said, is DSR any good ? Oh yes, very good indeed !

Yep, the other way round - it's a Mk I nose fitted to the existing Mk IV. The removed Mk IV cockpit is now an interesting exhibit in itself, in that you can stand at the open end and get a good look round the interior. Other than the IWM's Halifax nose section, I can't think of any other current WW2 British bomber exhibit where that's possible.
-
Erm...which Mk. IV would that be, Alan ?

She's up and looking beautiful ! http://www.globalaviationresource.com/v2/2014/11/20/aviation-news-she-flies-bristol-blenheim-mk-i-l6739-g-bpiv-takes-to-the-skies-at-iwm-duxford/ Can't wait to see her myself.

I think if the heating was on, my flight simming computer was in fine fettle and the fridge was full ( maybe even with some food in there too ) I wouldn't be averse to being snowed in for a few days.

Great pictures, though I'm not sure about the PC12. It just looks too big for a single prop.

Great pictures !
